ENTRY FEES

📣 For the safety of everyone and in accordance with the COVID-19 control measures, we ask for every athlete and spectator to present their ***certificate of Covid-19 vaccination and ATK test result on race day (the result must be within 72 hours before the race). *** If you don’t have your test result ready, you can take an ATK test onsite at THB70 per person. 📣 Pre-purchased ATK test kits, during the entry registration, will be ready for pick-up at the ATK test tent on race day.

Remarks:

  • Please note that the above rates exclude 8.7% handling fee.
  • Covid-19 Refund Guarantee – If the event is postponed/canceled due to any future Covid-19 safety measures and restrictions, a full refund is guaranteed.
  • Entry is non-transferable to another competitor.
  • Entry fees include VAT.

RACE SCHEDULE

Please arrive at the race venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled transition area check-in times. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

 

Pre-purchased ATK test kits, during the entry registration, will be ready for pick-up at the ATK test tent on race day.

 

Athletes can only check in to the transition area according to the scheduled times.

SERIES POINTS

The more you race, the more series points you can accumulate throughout the 2022 series.
Collect points from any of these venues: Bangpoo Golf and Sports Club, Pattana Sports Resort, and Stage Find the Real U
Points are awarded at every race, which you can accumulate during the year.
The series champion in each age group will be announced at the season finale.
Series points are up for grabs for the Dash (individual) race category.
Double points for the Long Dash (individual) and Triple Tri (individual) race categories.
No points for the Mini Dash, Duathlon, and the team relay categories.

GOODIES

Every athlete registering at least…
  • 1 race gets a starter kit [t-shirt (see size chart), drawstring bag, and race belt]
  • 2 races get a bike bottle
  • 3 races get a swim cap
  • 4 races get a buff
  • 5 races get a visor
  • 6 races get a tri suit (see size chart)

 

There are also finisher medals but with a twist.
  • Finish your first race and get a bronze medal.
  • Finish 3 races and get a silver medal
  • Finish 7 races and get a prestigious gold medal.

COURSE MAPS

TRANSITION AREA

SWIM

BIKE

RUN

The swim is done in a 50-meter pool and participants with similar swimming ability are set off in groups.

The pool is shallow for the whole length so if an athlete is not a great swimmer they can walk sections of the swim.

The bike is on a closed road around the golf course so there is very little chance of cars and motorbikes.

The run is an out and back on the same road as the bike course.

RACE RULES

In order to facilitate a safe racing environment we have come up with the following distancing and hygiene rules:

GENERAL

Pre-purchased ATK test kits, during the entry registration, will be ready for pick-up at the ATK test tent on race day.
  • Athletes can only check in to the transition area according to the scheduled times. 
  • No new registrations onsite.
  • Athletes must wear face masks as they arrive, while in the transition area pre-race, at the starting line and swimming pool.
  • Race packs will be prepared at your assigned bike racks in the transition area, including the bib number, timing chip, bike helmet sticker, swim card, finisher medal, post-race snack, etc.
  • Wear your bib number for the bike and run.
  • Attach your bike helmet sticker to the front of your bike helmet.
  • Attach your timing chip to your ankle before the race.
  • Athletes race at their own risk.
  • Athletes must be medically fit to race.
  • Athletes should not leave any valuables in their bags at the transition area. The race organizer does not take responsibility for lost items.

SWIM

 

  • Athletes will receive a swim card, with their bib number, start time and start sequence details, in the race pack. Please take this card to the swimming pool for check-in.
  • Athletes must check-in at the swim start 15 minutes before your assigned swim start time.
  • Athletes line up around the pool with a 1.50m distance prior to their start.
  • Face masks can be dropped in a bin at the swim start.
  • Athletes must keep count of the laps themselves.
  • Any overtaking must be done safely.

BIKE

 

  • Helmets are compulsory. No helmet no race.
  • Athletes must wear their helmets before leaving the transition area.
  • Athletes mount their bikes at the mount line only and be cautious of other bikers that are already racing on the road when they start.
  • Athletes must keep to the left of the road when biking, pass on the right, keep far right when passing until they have cleared the drafting zone, and shout “on your right’ when passing.
  • NO DRAFTING (Read details here)
  • Athletes dismount bikes on the left-hand side of the road at the dismount line and run their bikes into transition.
  • There is one aid station on the bike course.
  • Athletes must keep count of the loops themselves.
  • No earphones on while biking.
  • Tops are compulsory.

RUN

 

  • Long Dash and Dash athletes will be running the big run loop of the outer lane of the bike course (turn left after the transition area to start the run).
  • Mini Dash athletes will be running the small run loop (turn right after the transition area to start the run).
  • There are 2 aid stations on the big run loop only. Mini Dash athletes must carry their own water on the run.
  • No earphones on while running.
  • Tops are compulsory.
  • Single-use masks are handed out at the finish line for athletes to wear until they leave the venue.
  • Athletes must return their timing chip at the finish line.
