The more you race, the more series points you can accumulate throughout the 2021 series.
Collect points from any of these venues: Bangpoo Golf and Sports Club, Pattana Sports Resort, and Stage Find the Real U
Points are awarded at every race, which you can accumulate during the year.
The series champion in each age group will be announced at the season finale.
Series points are up for grabs for the Dash (individual) race category.
Double points for the Long Dash (individual) and Triple Tri (individual) race categories.
No points for the Mini Dash, Duathlon, and the team relay categories.


**Please note that for the Bike Zone Tri Dash races, we will count only a maximum of 7 races (with the highest points) per athlete.

Every athlete registering at least…
  • 1 race gets a starter kit [t-shirt (see size chart), drawstring bag, and race belt]
  • 2 races get a bike bottle
  • 3 races get a swim cap
  • 4 races get a buff
  • 5 races get a visor
  • 6 races get a tri suit (see size chart)


There are also finisher medals but with a twist.
  • Finish your first race and get a bronze medal.
  • Finish 3 races and get a silver medal
  • Finish 6 races and get a prestigious gold medal.

The swim is done in a 50-meter pool and participants with similar swimming ability are set off in groups.

The pool is shallow for the whole length so if an athlete is not a great swimmer they can walk sections of the swim.

The bike is on a closed road around the golf course so there is very little chance of cars and motorbikes.

The run is an out and back on the same road as the bike course.


In order to facilitate a safe racing environment we have come up with the following distancing and hygiene rules:



  • Please present your certificate of Covid-19 vaccination on race day. If you are not fully vaccinated by race day, you will need to take an ATK test on-site, free of charge, provided by the event (please arrive 30 minutes before your check-in time.)
  • Athletes can only check in to the transition area according to the scheduled times. Please arrive on time.
  • No new registrations onsite.
  • No non-competing companions/family/friends allowed at the event.
  • Athletes must wear face masks as they arrive, while at bike racks pre-race and at the swimming pool.
  • Print out and sign a waiver form at home and drop off at the entrance when entering the transition area.
  • Race packs will be prepared for athletes at the bike racks, including the bib number, timing chip, finisher medal (where applicable), post-race snack, etc.
  • Wear your bib number for the bike and run.
  • Attach your timing chip to your ankle before the race.
  • Athletes should not leave any valuables in their bags at the transition area. The race organizers do not take responsibility for lost items.



  • No body marking. Athletes will receive a swim card with their race number, start time, and start sequence in the race pack. Please take to the swim start.
  • Athletes line up around the pool with a 1.50m distance prior to their start wearing face masks. Masks can be dropped in a bin at the swim start.
  • Athletes must keep count of the laps themselves.
  • Any overtaking must be done safely.



  • Helmets are compulsory. No helmet no race.
  • Athletes must wear their helmets before leaving the transition area.
  • Athletes mount their bikes on the left-hand side of the road and must be cautious of bikers already racing on the road when they start.
  • Keep to the left of the road when biking, pass on the right, keep far right when passing, and shout “on your right’ when passing.
  • NO DRAFTING (Read details here)
  • Athletes dismount the bike on the left-hand side of the road at the bike finish and run their bike into transition.
  • Saturday Race – No aid station. Athletes must prepare their own water for their bikes / Sunday Race – There is 1 aid station on the bike course.
  • Athletes must keep count of the loops themselves.
  • No earphones on while biking.
  • Tops are compulsory.



  • Saturday Race – Dash athletes will be turning right after the transition area to start the run, and will u-turn at each end of the course until they have completed the distance, then cross the finish line.
  • Sunday Race – There are 2 aid stations on the big run loop only. Mini Dash athletes must carry their own water on the run / Saturday Race – There is 1 aid station on the course.
  • Sunday Race – Long Dash and Dash athletes will be running the big run loop of the outer lane of the bike course (turn left after the transition area to start the run).
  • Sunday Race – Mini Dash athletes will be running the small run loop (turn right after the transition area to start the run).
  • Athletes must keep count of the loops themselves.
  • No earphones on while running.
  • Tops are compulsory.
  • Single-use masks are handed out at the finish line for athletes to wear until they leave the venue.
  • Athletes must take off their timing chips themselves and drop the chips in the bin at the finish line.
